This is a nice piece, I like the different blue colors you choose to use. ^^
First off she doesn't really seem relaxed where she is sitting. Her pose is very stricked. To avoid this you shouldn't be afraid of making more curves, and soft bends to some parts of her body. Have for instance a closer look at her legs, you did the knees very well, even though her left (from our view) is bigger and rounder than her right.
I also notice you are a little uncertain of how to draw hands and feets. (I know this very well myself, after a lot of practise I'm still having problems with this.)

As you can see you should provide some more curves to make her more realistic and feminine. I like your shoulders though, they looked very relaxed on her!
